Hi, I work for DMS, a leader in mystery shopping services.

Quality audits are performed by "mystery shoppers" who are given a specific scenario and an in-depth briefing before their visit in a designated store. Their reports are then scored and analyzed and it helps corporations to improve the way their customers are greeted, advised and served at the point of sale. The mystery shoppers get a compensation for their help, the amount depends on the survey.

I am now looking for Singaporean male and female of all ages, who could perform quality audits in Mandarin in some luxury stores. Applications needed!

If you want to become a DMS Quality Expert and you have a talent for observation, please give your email address and I will get back to you with further information.
