WYATT EARP

Wyatt Earp was born March 19, 1848. One of the icons of the American West, he worked for the law and helped tame the wild cowboy culture that pervaded the frontier. In Tombstone, Arizona, Wyatt got into a feud with a local rancher that resulted in the gunfight at the O.K. Corral, perhaps the most famous gunfight in American history. Earp died in Los Angeles on January 13, 1929.

TEN FACTS ABOUT THE BATTLE OF THE ALAMO

When events become legendary, facts tend to get forgotten. Such is the case with the fabled Battle of the Alamo. Rebellious Texans had captured the city of San Antonio de Béxar in December of 1835 and had fortified the Alamo, a fortress-like former mission in the center of town. Mexican General Santa Anna appeared in short order at the head of a massive army and laid siege to the Alamo. He attacked on March 6, 1836, overrunning the approximately 200 defenders in less than two hours. None of the defenders survived. Many myths and legends have grown about the Battle of the Alamo: here are some facts.

I find this movie ok for the part 1. It make sense because the veterans war of Vietnam were not really seen by their own countrymen as heroes rather they were saddened by the war in Vietnam. The Vietnam war veterans were not welcome home upon their completion of tour of duty in Vietnam. No morale support from their own people. It was seen as the U.S. greatest defeat in war after the Korean War and WW2.

Well, as for first blood part 2, is about being released in the jungle of Vietnam again to investigate and release some U.S. Soldiers still in captivity by the Vietnamese. As recorded, there were still about 52,000 M.I.A. U.S. Soldiers during the Vietnam war…their fate…dead or alive…we still unable to verified…until this date.

John Rambo was a highly trained U.S. Elite Unit soldier – The Green Beret.

I met a couple of male Burmese teenager refugees in the 90s. They told me that the reason they had fled from their own country were because of force labour and force conscription into the Myanmar Army. Before they became refugees they had bribed some of the army personnel there so that they would not be conscripted into the army by forced until their family had no more money to bribe. Then they fled to save their own lives in a small boat and looking for asylum in another country for a better future.
