well...it takes both hands to clap. u could haf slow down ur
speed while driving thru those sch zones isn't it? so it's no
excuses rite? for example if u choose to drive at 80km/hr along a
sch zone, u saw some kids dash out and u couldn't stop in
time...whose fault then? in the eyes of the law, both are at fault
but drivers shoulders more blame.
hence, juz bear wif it while driving thru these areas and those
small roads. keep a lookout for the old and the young ones. wat to
do? like one of the guys mentioned, life isn't fair!
