it is soo obvious the technician Kavita did not have enough
experience or not taught properly how to operate the laser
machine.
Kavita, despite listening to his client’s plea for pain did not
stop as he/she is not service minded and just stupidly follow the
instructions as was told to him/her without knowing that a
NEWLY calibrated laser machine is ALWAYS
stronger because a new source is being used. And that people’s skin
quality and thickness varies.
still, u cant point the finger directly at her for what
happened. the company's training also plays a part in this.
