simcity SG 15" rims looks better on Altis as the body is quite big. It just look not right 4 me if Altis is on 14" rims. FC wise, it abt the same. Btw, I have install the mud guards for the 4 wheels.

p21 SG sitla, how come yr scuff plate is illuminated...I heard the one we are getting FOC now is the non-illuminated, dun have side visor too. speedy, I agree with you obviously our fren renoma is not taking good care of his cyber gf, Jlow has asked sooo manytimes yet he still dun help her to find out. no wonder Jlow want to feed him with cowdung!
tequi1a SG Hi All! I just joined the club! got my altis abt 1.5 mths ago. For those of you wondering when your new car will turn up, mine turned up a whole month early!!! SE told me to wait abt 3 mths, and i was quite surprised to get it so early. Would like to check if any of you have had similar problems, and if there are any suggestions ... i notice my brakes are very squelchy leh. each time i press on it, i hear a 'squelch squelch' sound. same also when i turn the wheel to the max ... any ideas?
y720 SG 1. no, i hv not finished the tank yet. i usually take more than a week to finish 1 tank. will keep u updated. 2. yes, u can find all kinds of tyre configuration in the market. i hv driven my altis for 2 months now. not thinking of upgrading the rim; maybe upgrade tyre width after the existing one is worn off.

p21 SG y720, you usually drive from pt A to pt B isit? how come you take more than a week to finish one tank?? yours is how many % highway how many % city??
y720 SG p21, i drive abt 350km per week...70% small roads, the rest highway. so sometimes i dun hv to re-fuel for 10 days. although the spec says 55 litres, the low fuel indicator lights up after 40+ litres. i suppose 55 litres include the reserve tank...anyone cares to comment on this?
y720 SG simcity, are u sure u can achieve 860km on the NS highway? i thot this is only possible if u have the patience to drive like JOHN TAYLOR --- maintain 80 km/h at 2K RPM all the time.
sitla SG Oh try to bargain wif the SE for freebies lor..hehe....if not maybe try to get discount la....we gettinga lot of stuff from them le...they giving us v-kool at a price of $200 of cuz, they take away our rebate of $500 la..so comes up to discount of abt 100 over ba. Then my mum heard her fren got $1000 rebate(!!!!), so also trying to get more freebies. But now my mother chu pattern..dunno if the SE will counter pattern not...

simcity SG Scuff plates are ordered from www.maxdax.com. That guy will deliver and install 4 u. Cost $48. For the mud guards, I bought them from MadDog at http://www.toyotaclubsg.com/forum. Costs $55.

JLow SG ah...speedy is the best 'postman' here, noticed my several postings re the blinds. btw, u can also consider installing one in yr altis coz can protect yr baby when u are driving in hot weather.
