i always felt that Singapore being a small city with over flow
of vehicle is never a place
to cycle and yet they try to create cycling path don’t do much
education on the danger
in singapore .
plus our enforcement people are always sleeping in the Fully
air-con office which result
now adays commerical or heavy speeding on the road, seeing them
speeding with the
enforcement people driving pass them without any action is also
a common sight
i would personally say they also must bear some responsibility
on many of this frightening
accident
