actually, if you want somewhere we can freely cycle at a rather
high speed, i'd say pasir ris park would be good.
ecp tends to be kinda congested compared to psr.
then you 100% never go to ecp during off peak days
pasir ris park bikes darn ex..
besides, you can rent a bike at ecp at $12/ day.
and you can cycle to pasir ris via park connector
