Scientologist Tom Cruise and his wife Katie Holmes hosted a
Scientology detox program/ 9/11 charity dinner in New York City
yesterday. The dinner tickets for the benefit were $6,250
each.
The dinner was dedicated to the New York Rescue Workers
Detoxification Project, a rehabilitation program based on
Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard's teachings.
Each dinner ticket was $6,250, but the proceeds went to a great
cause. The money went towards assisting the workers who suffered
breathing problems after 9/11.
Even if you don't agree with Scientology, at least the profits went
towards the men and women who are still suffering after helping to
clean and save lives following the tragic 9/11 attacks.
