Rogue like quite fun. I created one to mess around with and I like to walk around the npc trying to backstab Laughing and picking their pockets is most fun Twisted Evil

But for hunter, the new talents are making my hand itch to play a hunter again

hi guys new in this forum very hard to find singapore wowers nowadays well i nid some advice from the fellow wowers here…. i have a lvl 60 hunter in kiljaeden but i went MIA for half a yr cos cant get a gd raid guild… so now the itch is back and im thinking of starting warrior but should i go to a new pvp server which is eastern time(closest to our time) or stick to kiljaedan or any suggestions

anyway u might wan to consider some points before deciding where to start your warrior:-

same server : ur hunter can help your new warrior in terms of gold, etc. but if u can't get into a good raiding guild in kil with your hunter, can u get into a raiding guild with your war?

diff server: start from scratch. but u got the choice of choosing a server with a strong asian raiding guild.

my personal opinion is to find out where your frens r playing and join them if they are in a raiding guild. cos raiding guild usually dun accept new non 60s and for guilds that r progressing, they would ask u to have minimum XXX gear before accepting you.

another thing u might wan to consider; PVP gear (HWL gear) is easily obtainable now. I have frens who PVP for 1 week and they have all the HWL gear. For folks who can't get into raiding guilds or dun even have tier 1 gear, this is a good opportunity to gear up.

ohhh forgot to add. Asiasoft estimates there are 40,000 WoW players in Singapore. Finding a guild that raids asian time is not difficult.

For example:
Dragonmaw has more than 5 Asian-SG time zone guilds.
DOOM
Revanche
Makan
Circle of Kakis (i think they and Makan have merged)
DEFY (Aussie time zone. good for students who r escaping parents detection :twisted)

and many more splinter off to form their own small guilds when BC arrives.

40000….. i cant imagine tat sia… i play for so long le haven seen even 40 in kil jaedan i was thinking should i join a oceanic time server? its the same timing as singapore only 1-2hours diff and wats HWL sorry.. i MIA too long le

Why don't you do a charc transfer to another server
Your gold and stuff moves with you and playing on an Oceanic server means more Asian guilds which will have raiding times that is suited to your needs

By transfering your hunter, it is easier for you to into a guild. You can make use of this time to create your alt and then when it is lvl 60 you can put a request to make your warrior your main if you want. Plus, you can sponge off the hunter for gold etc

there is a paid char transfer if u wan. USD25 per char. u gotta stay in your new home for at least 3 months before moving again.

from your post i sense u have made up your mind on joining a oceanic server. but i suggest u do some research on which server has the kind if guild u wan to join and also pm them to find out more first. most guilds that raid major end game instances r very picky about who they choose (that is why elindra's advise is very sound).

for some really strange and unknown reason, i can't remember how i did my "guild" search. keeping thinking but can't remember. Evil or Very Mad

I went back to TL and tried my Hunter... only T1 gear and Hunter Bow. Wow realy nice to use pets and lay traps in combat. LOL such a noob i didnt even know that there were shots at 22dps now. I was still using my 13dps arrows lol

Hunter is nice but i want to see what rogue at 60 can do,

Not possible now because in our guild, the officers have streamlined the guild and kicked a hell lot of people out.

We raid end game and like Don Don said we are picky (end game guilds)
You need to be at least T1 equipped.
That is why, I said it's best to get a guild with your hunter then sneak in your warrior as main.

oooo so the bloodshed has began? Surprised hope it wasn't nasty Neutral streamlining a guild is one dirty job no one wans to do but everyone wans to see it done.

my guild is streamlining itself. people r quitting on their own Laughing apparently an officer was advising some guildies to hearth out during a boss fight for PUG ZG. it was said the PUG was v sucky, etc. one senior member (or was it 2?) gquit cos he was pissed an officer could advise something that spoils the name of the guild.

anyway i dun like that officer too. his head too big for his neck. thank goodness i dun need to raid with him when BC comes
