I dunno it's just the thrill of it withotu having to flag

elindra SG

Gratz gratz!!!
We not past shade yet for T2
Problem is that we never have enough players coz we all casuals and people dun come on till 9 or 10 Rolling Eyes

I went over to T1 this week
Kara is on farm for them
They getting me keyed
going for Nightbane tonight

$lave SG

once they release more 25men content kara and the 5men heroics will be nerfed to oblivion. they already starting with the nerfs in the next patch.

funnily our situation is the same. farming kara in almost 1 night for team1 and stuck at aran for team2.

elindra SG

T2 ppl are not so comitted
usually on around 9 to 10
Have to leave by midnight
coz all working folks

Then no locks on

Or not enough healers

Or no tanks

How to progress ??

We are recruiting right now though

Gruul is on farm now so that makes things easier

$lave SG

good luck with recruitment, although it’s always a tricky issue.

elindra SG

no mages yet Laughing

btw if u guys are bored go farm onyxia
we 9 men her for her 18 slot bag (save alot of money ok) and we get about 18g each

elindra SG

$lave can you do me a favour?
I would appreciate if I can have a screenie of the damage meters of yr guild Gruul fight and the dps summary

I'm wondering are we having ridiculas expectations from the mages whereas the other dps classes slack Laughing

$lave SG

i’ll do that next monday when we go gruul’s lair. but typically my dps over the gruul fight is about 700+ if i’m not wrong, unflasked and unpotted.

elindra SG

I wanna see where the mages stand la
Coz we were talking like no sense leh
You know with my shitty gear
In Kara team 1 was 2nd on DPS list when the locks and hunters have much better gear then I do

Not to mention their shadowpriest with better gear too

So cannot be as a Mage I have godly dps when a mage is very much gear dependent

So the next reason I can think of is they are slacking Laughing

elindra SG

We doing Gruul tonight if we have enough people
Feeling stress man Neutral coz everyone expect mages to be Top 5

$lave SG

er my last gruul try... the gm mage was 2nd on dps. i cant remember how the rest of the mages stand, but can't be too good when they couldn't stay alive. probably between 5th to 10th. got to work on those positioning for shatter.

hunters have quite pitiful dps in tbc actually, so don't expect them to top the meters anytime soon even with good gear. i would expect the rogues and fury warriors to be high up the meter also, especially if we have a shaman in the raid. how does your raid meter usually look like? if the top 5 is consistently dominated by mages i think your other dps classes need to be pushed a little bit more >< another reason i can think of is maybe being on a pvp server your dps classes are not specced for maximum pve dps due to maybe world pvp or what.

$lave SG

well your team 1 locks are specced in a way that their current gear will not optimize their pve dps output. i would never think of speccing Ruin with a

elindra SG

The pt is I wanna slack abit also leh
Everytime if not at the top will kenna F one hor Laughing

$lave SG

finally got my 2 T4 pieces from kara >.< sure took long. set bonus yay!

elindra SG

Gratz!

I'm still farming my ass off for my spellstrike and spellfire set

$lave SG

fire mage yeah? good luck farming those fire elementals :p

elindra SG

I am not that stupid la ><
I farm at the place you told me and use the gold to buy the Primal Fires Laughing

the_don SG

we r having same problems for T3. can't start it till there r more dedicated pple.

our T2 have 7-8 regular pple. the other 2 slots are rotating to give others a chance to raid. the problem is they have not been able to down aran for 2 weeks while T1 will be pwning netherspite tonight (3% last nite then raid called)

the_don SG

gratz!

$lave SG

being a semi-casual guild, we can't really muster up enough serious people for the 2nd group of kara, not to even mention fielding a 3rd team >< have the numbers for it, but just not enough proper class composition i guess.

25men raids are abit different though, everyone gets fired up by that and we can usually get enough to run a gruul raid once every week.

$lave SG

?

here's our gruul kill tonight

1 - lock
2 - lock
3 - shadowpriest
4 - lock
5 - shadowpriest
6 - mage
7 - rogue
8 - mage
9 - mage
10 - rogue
