i drove that before since my dad brought it home the other day (my dad working with Motorimage) seriously this car packs a punch...but it is as fast as an airtrek i tried on Heng's car... airtrek although is heavier...its an evo with less power...but still legacy gt aint a force to be reckoned with...Legacy GT is powerful...the boss of motorimage has a GT that supped up to 400horsies...dont crap around with his car...the only Legacy GT in singapore with 2 nos. on it...SFA 9X G

Actually I think the Legacy GT is great car in terms of performance but it's exterior design is very lacking. I mean, it's not a car that can turn heads and it is neither aggressive nor luxurious looking. While Subaru has made some improvements in their designs since last year, it's like 2 steps forward for them and 3 steps for everyone else. Makes like Mazda, Nissan and even Mitsubishi are coming out with really sharp looking cars.

Actually the exterior design is streamlined. Simple, smooth & very functional.

Think the designer's wanted it to be a sleeper. Subtle but devasting....in that sense, they have nailed it, most definitely.

hello???? as i say...my dad always bring me around motorimage..that car there has tested the dyno upstairs on the 4th floor of motorimage...ive seen it..and i know the guy personally...that car was tuned by a japanese bugger who somehow installed some racing chip in there...u might be drooling to death if u were to see whats in the bonnet. single turbo eh??? u will find another one inside...

if theres a dyno machine there, i think alot of the salesman will be dynoing their cars instead of selling cars...

Not very nice to say ppl's parents know shit about something they are supposed to sell. What difference does it make if the Legacy has 400hp or 350hp? Are u going to buy it?

Good for you if u own a high performance car and rub shoulders with like minded enthusiasts. But that does not give you the right to slam the lid on every comment u disagree with......and in an acidic manner too Evil or Very Mad If the comment is wrong....simply input the correct info...no need for degradatory comments. Ppl are intelligent and can tell fact from B.S.

Think u should learn how to provide constructive comments and arguements from the ppl over at SAABSTANCE @ www.swedesport.com. Try your antics there....or better yet if you dare 'flaunt your expertise there'. Or boast about your supercar there....mind u if u do so u better be able to live up to your 'loud entries' cause they will take u to it @ SEPANG.....a place u appear to be very familiar with. For all I know u have an EVO8MR but......against some of the AEROS pumping out more than 300bhp with over 450NM of torque.......

U probably retort by saying your 500 hp *whatever* will run circles round the swedish bricks....then so what? The swedish brick is just our daily commute. Ppl do have real thoroughbreds @ home....and if u race them....they can't be bothered with u.....why risk something costing more than 2 HDB flats for an ego game? U can call us chicken or bullies but we want to live longer to spend our $$$.

btw why did they use subaru engine from 2005 if they think so higly of their lean mean machine..? 300+bhp 450nm ??? go GR and see any EVO there.. they are at least 450bhp with 650nm... dun compare figures...

Eh.....95 Aero using a subaru engine???? Where did u hear that from hahaha!.......think u meant the 92, a WRX based entry level aero model. The B205 block the 9-5 uses is a tried and true powerplant passed over from the 9000....infact the current block would most probably be passed on to the new 9-5....prob unveiled by 2007. Subaru engine in a 9-5......very good imagination.

Then if SAAB so good why use subaru platform.....just look @ the Mazda 3, Ford Focus and Volvo S40 (all use a common platfrom).....it is the most cost effective way to launch a new model while catering to a larger customer base.

Actually the 92 Aero is a much better car than the WRX both in looks, refinement, asthetics and ergonomics. Before u plant in seeds of contempt look for urself @ http://saabstance.swedesport.net/.
