i've been told by my school TODAY that some NEA officers are
"urgently" looking for me as they are going to issue a fine for a
smoking offence under sheltered walkway. The thing is, that offence
that i have committed is in 21st October 2013, well LOL. Thats 6
month way pass due date for a smoking fine from NEA and only after
6 month i knew that i have committed an offence? Should have
already kena taken to court from what i know through the few other
times when i have been fined, and longest time given for me to pay
was 2 month. AND i didnt receive any form of summon receipt/letter
from that officer, as anyone with a smoking fine, knows that its
"on-the-spot" printed out, no such thing as no ink or not enough
paper. 21st Oct 2013 is a monday and i have school, oh btw, im
legal. well ya, thats it, gonna meet that good guy officer
later....
anyone have any idea how this happened? or shine some light?
cause i have done nothing wrong that i can remember from that
day.
