Anyone have appealed before for first time smoking Fine?
I was smoking in open carpark walking towards food court, while
waiting for friend to find tables, i didnt realise i was smoking in
a shelter walkway, sometimes busy thinking about work didnt think
where i am walking. My cigerette was already around 70% done. Once
i stepped into the walkway, the next 10 sec, the NEA in plain
clothes show me the NEA pass and i know is "thats it" already.
Any chance for appeal? or is already fated to pay?
Not even a warning or leniency from them... just happy to FINE
