Hey guys ive been training for IPPT and
its coming up this wednesday which leaves me today and tomorrow
nia. should i still train on the day before ippt or must rest? and
is there anything i ca do like certain stuff i should or shouldnt
eat on the night before ippt? and anything to eat or drink right
before ippt? (i heard stuff like banana or red bull etc) Any other
advices would be welcomed as well thanks
