The title says it all, why is 红茶in English called Black Tea?
If this is the case then what is 黑茶in English called?
What variety is Earl Grey Tea in Chinese?
Because the early Chinese tea that were sold foreignly were sold in
blocks or ingots and sodium bicarbonate was added as a preservatie
thus giving the tea a black colour.
