Hi Guys,

Started off drinking MYC 01 on a regular basis.

Tonight took another fresh batch from a container to drink. This was broken from a piece about 2 - 3 months back.

I have notice some difference, to me it is less smoky in taste, tea taste better.

Anyone care to make some comments.

Yup. Somehow the tea matures a lot faster when allowed to breathe in a jar. Seems like the brashness of the tea is reduced somehow. I am using a clay container for my MYC cake and looks like the leaves are also turning darker in colour. You observe that too?

This airing of the tea leaves reminds me of how we use the decanter for wines. :)

Mine i put in a double boil porcelain container. U right about letting the tea leaves breathe....

The tea have turn a lot more gentler. Glad i have some stocks, looks like a winner...
