Under Sec 106 of the Casino Control Act, the casino operator needs to display prominently the advice or information concerning gambling rules, the mode of payment of winning wagers and the odds of winning each wager. But clubhouse operator is not required to do so under the Private Lotteries Act.

Therefore it will be beneficial to vulnerable Singaporeans for local clubhouses to do likewise in their slot machine room.
