atmosphere change faculty to faculty

Has anyone noticed...the change in atmosphere as you walk from Engine faculty to other faculties...

I come from Engine faculty... and it's very quiet... and stressful environment..

but the mood totally changes when i walk to Arts...

Gives me the creeps when i go engine faculty!

hmm...actually depends on wat time u are there loh..if is lunchtime or jus before class..it will be quite noisy lah...otherwise all in tutorials or lectures..of cos not many ppl walking ard..

hmm..
but i agree in general..arts more noisy..bcos arts ppl like to sit ard and gossip????

yeah plus i guess the forum always has something going on...
some bazaar or something so it's quite happening there.

About the canteen being noisy...
i remember last year when i just came in..
the Engine canteen was empty in the beginning because everyone flocked to arts Canteen!!

but after a while a bit sian.. and sometimes it's because the schedule's a bit tight.

This sem only when there less than 10 times.

I always thought engin people have the book smarts and arts people have the street smarts. And science people like me? Slackers in tees and bermudas who get up way past noon to watch survivor.

in Engine is more than just book smart..
They are really hardworking bunch.
It's not good enough to be smart... need to work really hard..

Anyway there are slackers in Engine faculty like me for example..

Just cannot really put my mind to it.
Engine modules are tough as hell
It's difficult even for those brainy ones too!

i think they got no time for anything but studies..so miss out a lot on happening stuff.

i dunno abt the guys...but engin gals are a whole buncha happening ppl...
they are the ones who always ask me go cheong..go for gossip sessions and all the girly stuff...
they like to come to arts to tok to arts ppl (cos they say engin guys like "wood" like tt...hee~)
