Had anyone noticed how slow it has been getting. I was
downloading something the other day and it reached a new low of 3
KB/s. I used to be able to get over a 100 from the same ftp. Yet
video streams from NUSnet is not affected. Had the com centre put a
speed cap on downloads from outside ftps/websites? If so, that
really sucks. If there's anyone who download stuff alot, pls let me
know what speed you're getting.
