telling you about.
Anyway, the guy who's renting out the place just wants $1700 for
the whole place. Any number of people can rent the place though,
you can all just pool your resources or something. It's rather
spacious so I'd say there'd be room for... I don't know 6? 7
people? You'll probably want to see it for yourself. Just page this

Oh and there's just one technicality here. If you're going to rent
the place, you have to rent it for one year. You can't rent it for
half a year and then run off, you've got to pay for one year's
worth of rent. Not at once mind you but at regular installments.
$1700 a month for one very nice apartment, like I said
earlier.
Note that I'm still talking about the same place, it's the one
that's two to three bus stops away from Ngee Ann. Well, that's all
