LOL, because of the Nicoll Highway collapse, Circle Line works were postponed to almost 9 years since it happened in 2001.

???? Circle line began construction on 2001 (Or 2000) and was expected to open by 2006 (Stage 1, the then Marina Line), stage 2 = 2007 while Stage 3 in 2008 / 2009 and Stage 4 / 5 in 2010. Now, it was delayed from a year to 4 years!!

Piccadilly Line is London Underground.
