C751Bs are can make it to 100 as its motor have more power than
the C151 and C651s (provided that the trains don't need to slow at
curves). If the tracks are straight all the way, i think the Alstom
C751A can travel faster than 100, not so sure about the C830 as it
is 3rd rail powered
