If you want to relese C651 3.0 with real-time STARIS, have to
release SEPARATE versions of C651!
Example:
C651 Harbourvale Line version
C651 Airport Express Line version
C651 North West Line version
C651 Changi Airport Line (the abbreviation is CGL, LOL)
C651 East West Line version
C651 North South Line version

Just release a non-functioning STARIS.
Part right part wrong.
In case one day we release a real time STARIS, we would feature
real STARIS, and hence there is no need for CGL, NSL and EWL
version out of that same train.
However, I agree that any fictional lines will not be able to
use the STARIS, and hence a separate version is required. What is
on my mind is that, you will see a "STARIS changer", just like
present day "Advert" changer where the STARIS related components
are modified to suit each line, or hopefully, if ever possible, is
to determine the line name and display each STARIS board
accordingly so that it is a "generic STARIS", but I would need
cooperation from all developers registered here especially the
major pioneers who are much more influential than me, the latest
developer (For real life lines, else, second latest) to be make a
moderator.
