Also ensure that you have sufficent permission from Willis, the creator of the C151, if you are basing your work on it.

These few days many people start developing things eh?

can someone sent me the motor sounds of the c651?because i am also trying to do the c651!

Do you really think all these train motor sounds can just drop from the sky? All the train sounds have been painstakingly created by developers, placing sound clips together and spending many hours on them.

So, try it yourself!

Oh yeah, the owner is jcqh. jcqh, can you sent me the c651 motor sounds. if cannot nevermind. i'll record myself. Thanks.

I suggest recording it yourself is the best and fastest way.

So, try it yourself!

But this is the first time i am doing a train. and where you get the motor sounds? are you developer?

joeyfjj SG

Brianwee1,

May I point out that each work in (open)BVE is the developer/developers' own hard, painstaking work. Each addon can have more than hundred of hours spent on them. We, as developers, have spent our own free time doing these addons, and I hope you will respect our decisions when it comes to asking us for permission to use our work, or for us to release one.

Thank you.

Brianwee1,

Thank you.

WELL SAID!

joeyfjj SG

WELL SAID!

Don't shout! Capital letters...

Any way, Brianwee1, I would not like to discourage you from (open)BVE development, but this is not a "I say, I make, I forget" thing - developing for (open)BVE is a long-term thing - you need to create, correct and more. It's a commitment. Of course, you can try and post some screenshots here of your work, but please, in the meantime, respect our wishes.

Bryanwee1 SG

ok.

and may i ask one question? You suggest that i record the motor sounds ok, i agree with that. because no point stealing people's items as when we take it and play, it is not fun at all. so i want to make myself. and so i've recorded the motor sounds using my mobile phone but then how to put the sounds from my moble phone to my laptop.

or you guys use other things to record?

Bluetooth?

CF 88 SG

If your phone has a usb cable, you can connect to the computer. If your using a laptop and your laptop has bluetooth, then your phone can connect as well but first, turn on your bluetooth.
