Find the range of values of x that satisfy the inequality

(a) 4x^2 - 12x + 10 >= 0

(b) 2x^2 - 7x + 4 < 0

Without using a calculator, find the range of values of x for the inequality [(2x^2 - 3x -2) / (x^2 + 2x + 6)] < 0
