Agreed of wat most of them have said,except heng lah,wat acelerate,turn 180 degree stuff..(koe he joking lah) Wink U just have to practise more loh.when my gal friend got her licence,her parking also not gd(mine also lah,we got our licence the same day)Juz that i got my dad's car to drive ard....

Remember,no one is gd the moment he/she got her licence in parking.U juz have to practice more.Now my gf reverse parking also very gd liao leh. Laughing Cool

havent been driving much since i got my license more than 4 years ago.... now dat my car coming, i oso a bit scared dat i wun know how to park.... so haf decided to take a day's leave to collect my car, then drive to kallang mac carpark and learn parking there until i think i can more or less make it.... head in, reverse, parallel, anything... as long as can get the car in, dats gd parking for me!

so if u see a a champagne gold altis driver trying out the various parking style, its me! Mr. Green

wah yah lor. once u get used to your car you can just reverse and steer with one hand. den check wing mirrors enough already. further more, you can even accelerate while reversing into your lot! with so much perks, it really pays to get used to your car! dial 1900-PARK-CAR!

When I passed driving three years ago, I was worried that I couldnt park well. Sat in my brother van & my brother parked with only one move. I seek for his advice on how to park car in a bliss. He showed me a wide angle mirror which stick to wing mirror. I sat at driver seat & could see very clearly the parking lot & its lines.

I am using it since my first year of driving & had never encountered difficulty.

Get a small car, easier to park. Get your dad to sit with u. Go & practice in quiet carpark so u don't get stressed by other cars. Always use mirrors to check, make sure u don't park too close to others cos yr car will get a dent.
Take note of carparks with big parking lots in shopping malls.

Practice makes Perfect.And getting those little blind spot mirrors will help you gauge better.
