Larry SG Its ok if the offender dies him/herself, but to drag others with him/her, kind of not worth it leh. Perhaps harsher penalties should be imposed. Fines are getting kind of light nowadays.

idwar SG Under Spore law, even civilians CAN take action against errant drivers. Go to Police station and lodge a Police Report. However, you must be prepared to testify in open Court.
