experience. True enuf, NTUC income is one of the lower cost
one.
I am 22 but been driving for 2 yrs, my insurance $2.3K. Similarly
if u are 40 yrs old, but a p plater, insurance will be higher. With
NCD, premium will naturally drop to a max of 50%.
