passivity SG Hi. Has anyone been to any school bands concerts lately? Do you think that there is an improvement from last year?
tan_mx SG there’s the rgssb concert last night on 22 february… they sounded good when they were playing together, but i think they need work for ensemble playing
|-|05| SG i’ve been to Stpats band….PLMGSS band and the RGS band….heh PLMGSS band is erm…....not that good…but all this was last year so maybe they better liao
tan_mx SG Hello... I heard Dunman high band the other day... when they had an exchange with AHS, RI, SJI, and Hai Sing. They were very, very, good. I can say after that I got inferiority complex Great performance Dunman, and Good luck for SYF everyone!
tan_mx SG they were good but very nervous... Overall the concert was really enjoyable. and the emcees were so funny!
esil3 SG hmm i think bands tend to b better in the syf year? cos that yr they will b psyched up for competition. after that they might slacken a bit, b4 they buck up for the next syf? just my theory… dunno how true is it
xian89 SG The most recent school band concert tat amazed mi are cedar n rgs outdoor compeitions in 1991. Heehee I noe it’s not recently. hope they still hv tat standard
