happypiglet SG hahaha...ya totally agree with tt....our sch guys oso complains ttthey didnt ve any goodies...but later when they found out....there's loud laughter behind.....
IamAngeline SG If I didn;t recall wrongly, In the tampon packaging, they will teach u n give an approximate time to change it. Also have to depend the type of tampon u using. whether it's regular, heavy flow, or what... same applies to pads.
