Ah very good.
If blackout then just keep using ur high beams and fog light
blinding people.Then u can make the opponity to speed as the
speeding camera is out. I would use it to drive at 160km/h with
high beams and of corse beating red light.And bang pple no need
stop in blackout area, they cant see u hhahahaha
