hi people, any drivers here with Off-Peak Car scheme? because I wanted to convert it to OPC but after working it out, decided not to and I have 2 OPC coupons now (worth S$40). Just trying my luck out here, any kind souls with OPC care to buy the coupons from me as it will be useless to me. Please PM me.
