my fren test drive the altis already and told me that the test car, when moving straight, the steering wheel was a little to the left… even if the engine is frm japan, it’s meaningless if the drivetrain is configured in thailand… if u want quality, go for the all-japan impreza

alamak.... even altis is used as taxi.... which I also know..... but the specs also different mah....

see all the Toyota Corona taxi on the road..... and the Toyota Corona (few years back alreadi)...... they can carry the same brand, but they are different specs...... can you imagine running taxi with petrol engine..... $$$$$$$$ burn all your $$$$$ away......

For your information, M'Benz is used as taxi in many European countries..... have you seen that too.... hee hee hee and in Singapore too (though not many.....) again.... different specs mah....

Maybe you are right Ghee. I did not look into the cab spec in thailand. But I am not bias against Altis. I also like Toyota car, but that is make in jap ones.
But wat i believe is jap make car is still better than Thailand make. Thailand still have a long way to catch up jap std.

Altis Cost about $71 000 or 72 000+ ba ...

if i choose i will choose Mazda 3...good looking interior and exterior ... 1.6 litle car with many thing that equip in 2.0 litle car...different from many 1.6 litle car....but i hear some ppl say it engine need to push abit hard but after gear 3 it will be better...if too hard , mazda 3 got a manual tranmission together wif the auto de.... www.mazda3.com.sg

Yes u did not see wrongly ... they are using the Altius for the police car, because its durable and of course it is more reliable then the mazda 3 ...

And guys for ur info ... altius have MANUAL transmission, just that BM singapore does not take stocks for those ...

the interior of the Altius is so much better then the Mazda 3 and whats more it have higher resale value .. and the engine is much more reliable then the mazda .... i drove the mazda 3 and the altius .. the 3 does not give the kicks even when i do hard accel ... at least the 1.6 altius gives the punch even at low RPM ...
