at least one thing i know VERY well now, is how to manipulate cust
svc ppl so they give u want u want, even to the extent of being
unreasonable.
u know wat one customer wanted the other day? for the bank to call
him and all customers) whenever his points are expiring so he can
be reminded to redeem it, failing which the bank should redeem them
for gifts on his behalf.
i won't even go into how much he owe's the bank becos that would be
breaching banking secrecy. i prob an doing it now, but i'm not
mentioning i/c numbers or watever....
one thing, dun fu.ck with bank cust svc, they have ur record of
alot of things....
