Nelstar SG my physical inactivity, partying till late at SOS the day before and bad stomach probably due to the prata added to my demise. well. it was a good start nevertheless. Thank you for giving a 15min chance to work out... maybe we could run for another one in the coming or next weekend. I had no illusions about my fitness and capabilities with the ball. maybe a few more could do a little benefit though, yea, maybe reduce the handicap a little.
