i am the master of my fate
maker of my own destiny

i believe that... besides, my faith says that the Divine One gave us free will... to do what ever we wanted, with all the consequences of it...

if we were destined for anything, then, there is no such thing as free will or sentience

www SG

...then again. there are many who see achievements as hard work but failures as something defined by fate.

do you see both achievements and failures coming from the same origin?

jOhO SG

anyway neh.. i dun believe things are predestined.. if they are, my as well kill me now, since i’ll be just a puppet.

FireIce SG

hard work is from me......failure oso from me.......

i did the thing, no God no dog no nothing helped or hindered me......

Action -> Consequence

Sometimes pride leads to stubbornness, leads to denial when failure comes, leads to blaming on fate.

Things happen, but sometimes it's because of the choices we make.

wuming78 SG

yeah..

fate is when u walk below a flat and something falls on ur head.

I believe BUT I dont blame

cos there's always a choice... what you chose determines your fate

example:
its fate that makes me found this forum... and registered as a member.

its my choice to stay and get to know you people here and cause me to sleep late, crap everyday, mai chor gang... Mr. Green but hey... I dont blame fate for that.. cos I chose to stay and crap..

jOhO SG

mauahhahahhahahahhaa

a very APT example that's close to all our hearts!! Laughing

PhantomR SG
