Hahah....$1K is if you put 30% downpayment. Nowadays, alot of
people put 10%, they going to jump of building someday... 
For 2nd hand car is even worse, some dun even put downpayment and
interest is at 2.7% (usual, unless u deal with bank direct).
Why buy a car... take bus.
