In this era, martial arts competition seems to be only happening in
the comic world. Little does anyone expect a reemergence of martial
arts competition in modern Hong Kong ¡K
Running out of conventional ideas, PR agency executive Kin
(starring Ekin Cheng) proposed the outlandish marketing plan of
organizing a martial arts competition to promote his clients¡¦
health products. Thinking that his gimmick will not be accepted by
his client, Kin is shocked when his outlandish proposal is
accepted.
Without any other choice, Kin proceeded with the plan. In view of
the initial poor response, Kin has to persuade the various
influential representatives from the Martial Arts world to
participate in the competition. Finally, the Shaolin master is
moved by Kin¡¦s sincerity and his participation stimulates interest
from the rest of the Martial Arts world. As the event gains more
support from the various martial arts exponents, a film company
from Hollywood even sent their representative to scout for a new
talent during the event.
Anna (starring Miriam Yeung), a young lady practicing martial arts
in Japan, is greatly attracted by this exciting piece of news. She
excitedly joins the competition, hoping to be ¡§talent-scouted¡¨
and be a movie star. In the competition, she faces strong
challenges from numerous experts which include a pair of ¡§Emei¡¨
twins, a sixteen year-old girl from ¡§Wudang¡¨ and a seventy
year-old ¡§Qingcheng¡¨ master¡K
During the competition, Anna got close to Kin in order to enhance
her chances of being talent-scouted. However, the film company
eventually chose the girl from ¡§Wudang¡¨, causing Anna great
disappointment. Anna is on the verge of giving up on the
competition but was eventually persuaded by the Shaolin master to
continue to do her best for the championship¡K
