Lunch~~~ Instant cereal mix or Milo with 2pieces of bread with nutella
Dinner~~~ Home cooked food. If go out usually just soup based food
Supper~~~ Maybe instant noodles if I not sleeping early, else fruits and maybe light snacks

I had to buy it myself and "educate" my folks to spread on my bread. Else they used to spread peanut jam PLUS strawberry or fruit jam which was like YUCKS to me. Confused
