Cannot apply new HDB because we bought freehold for half the
price and twice the size in host country. if want hdb flat
only allowed resale at ridiculous market price.
Private property over priced.
Hotel very expensive and not family friendly.
Come home squeeze with family in their 99 year leasehold flat.
Don't dare to stay too long.
Rental don't have short term one.
Singapore job market limited, you either work for garmen
and endure garmen/beuracratic style office politics...or owned by
foreigner and/or staffed with foreigner top management.
I really don't understand why they even bother to woo overseas
talents back..there no place for them in SG.
