When I watched those parliament sessions they have over the
Minister salary issue, I am just utterly disgusted by all the
crap.
The most outstanding argument is this 'concern' over not being
able to adequately provide family support after their salary is
reduced.
Wah lao, even with salaries reduced, they are still the highest
paid politicians in the world !! What nonsense is it that they
cannot support their families with their salary ?
I seriously wonder what kind of support their families require
which a per month tens of thousands of salaries cannot support.
What does that make of the common folk then ? What about other
politicians in other countries who are paid lesser ? All should
head down to the streets to be beggars since they dont even have
million dollar salaries to begin with !!
