Not sure NSP and SPP would be ready to take on any role in the
government.
they will have to show they can work as a team, next they have
to get elected and demonstrate that they can perform in the
parliament, then they have to show that they have a plan for the
people of Singapore.
It is always easy to anti PAP capitalizing on emotion. To come
up with constructive plans is much more difficult, to rally the
people and implement the plan, put their money where their mouth
is, is a totally diffferent ball game altogether.
SPP had CST as an MP for 14 years. These days they have a rising
star in Ben Pwee.
NSP's Hazel Poa has potential too, and council member Nicole
Seah drives the crowds wild in the same way that Evita Peron or
Indira Gandhi would.
WP, NSP and SPP have fielded a lot of credible-looking
candidates this time round. It will inspire those who are sincere
about making the change to join their ranks. No surprise that these
3 are the strongest opposition parties around. Their left-of-centre
leaning makes for an attratcive alternative to PAP's brand of
fascism.
