A source says that in the east, TCB and TT are neck and neck, but TCB is leading by 4 per cent in the west.

Sources have put Mr Tan Kin Lian's vote share at several counting centres at between 5 per cent and 7 per cent.

A source in TCB's camp told us these are the islandwide figures: TCB (35.4), TT (33.1), TJS (25.1), TKL (4.7).

The new ones are mostly newly converted citizens from china. They have a higher chance of voting for PAP because PAP accepted them in.

Flat is for me to live not to sell. Your mindset is totally wrong

Example if you in 50s. You need to sell in order to buy new HDB. you think HDB will grant your loan. Even your house 800k. U dun take such a risk. My uncle sell. Now his family split up must live in relative house. WHY. cos no people want to loan them. GET IT
