course he speaks mandarin like shit.

Lucky the babas made english the dominant neutral language in
this country, it's their mother tongue afterall. You use other
languages like mandarin, malay or tamil, the english speakers like
the babas will lose out. Using the baba's neutral english would be
fair to the other races.
No one benefited in an unfair way with the baba's neutral
english for everyone.
