Casted my vote just then.
You have to mark attendance 1st just before you are handed the
voting slip.
The attendance list have the serial number (same s/no as in the
card mailed to you) and your IC number. The voting slip have your
serial number ! The ballot box (eg. A1) are the area or block
you belong to. Anybody notice that ?
Some years back, a close colleague of mine, one batch my
junior, told me his batch boy had joined another department. His
batch boy called him up and asked him who he voted for and
why. Tried to get information and so forth. At the
end of the call, he was told not to tell anybody about this. That
close collegue go to tell everybody he could. Confidential ?
It is such arrangement that irk many people.
