I will be getting my keys to my new HDB flat (actually not mine
but my parents').
What I saw are the short railing and thick, big retractable eaves.
The thick steel retractable eaves are eyesore. Have to handle with
care - can retract and clamp on fingers.
No more facilities for bamboo poles. My guess is that those
flats which are 40 storey high have to be built this way.
Can't have bamboo flying from the sky, from 40 storey kitchen
like layang (kite).
