From my Angel analysis here, there are 3 points for them to
step down.
1. To evade the citizens critics on title after title when a
person retire as PM or ministers
2. To act as iron curtain behind LHL so that there will be no
different views that end up in one saying this and one hv to
apologise for it
3. a) to evade the oppositions questioning them on their past
policies, LHL can always said that was the past act of Goh n LKY,
not a concern for today and future
b) to make the opposition MPs, 6 of them, not
worthy of a debate with LKY.
