of developing or developed plots?
Seriously other than higher material cost, I dun see why public
housing or newly completed units has to be so expensive
today.

done at Clementi Mall?
that is because the pricing of new HDB flats is not purely base on
land cost, construction cost but also the selling price of resale
flats around that area. that is probably why where the subsidies
come from, probably to offset the eg.30k off the resale value of
nearby flats.
that is why WP propose to peg the housing price base on median
income of singaporean which is strongly rejected. Because HDB would
be running at a huge lost because they cant transfer money from
singaporeans to other ministeries such as SLA.
MBT, HDB of course cannot debate this issue. they cant explain
nor tell us the truth how they run the stats boards. they could be
opening a can of worms. that hard truth can be hard to swallow and
believe.
