One of my aunty told me, last time, abt 30 years ago, her family
was very poor, her husband, my late uncle only earns $450 per
month, but her family can afford to buy HDB big 4 rooms
flat for 11k only. Now her daughter, earning $4000 per mth can
hardly buy a 4 rooms flat with installment, not only that, she
still on waiting list, after 3 years, her paid and her husband paid
went up to above $8000, then HDB told them, they are not eligible
to apply for HDB or get all those co payments. My goodness, they
are so fed up with MBT policies, when salaries were low, they
applied until salaries went about the ceiling, then tell pple no
eligble any more.
I can only find one word to describe MBT and his HDB think
tankers. SHIT!
HDB is affordable.
No need to debate about HDB pricing.
