Chinese major cities have stopped foreigners and 'non-local' own citizen from buying properties in Shanghai and Beijing. When will Singapore follow????

PAP need prices to go up to fool S'poreans into thinking they getting richer...............

plus, higher prices means S'poreans' CPF funds will get depleted more quickly.................good for the CPF ponzi game

Interesting question... will Singapore follow? If following will make PAP richer, sure they will... but the fact is... for all to think... ^_^

HDB will never be going at cost's price, not to even think of going below cost's price... anyone think it's so easy to deflate PAP's pocket after inflating it? Try harder... ^_^
